These are NEW HP Cartridges with a custom formulation approved by HP.  FlexPrint AC is a water/solvent based ink that prints on coated stocks -- especially offset-printed Aqueous Coated materials.  It also works well on other coated or non-porous materials.  This fast drying ink produces a quality image that is smudge resistant on a variety of media.
