Return
Process
The customer must call our customer
service department at 877-857-2459 to request a Return Authorization (RA)
number. If the product that needs to be returned is approved for a RA, a RA
will be issued at that time.
Customer will need to package and ship
the product (at their expense) to the address provided by customer service, and
the RA number must be referenced on the package or the package will be refused.
When the product is received by Think
Ink, Inc., it will be tested and evaluated for credit. All returned items must
be packaged properly (preferably in original packaging) to guarantee testing,
if items are received at Think Ink, Inc. are unfit for testing no credit will
be issued and items will be discarded.

If you have purchased a Think Ink, Inc.
product from one of our authorized resellers or affiliates, then you must
contact them to process your return. We ONLY accept product purchased directly
from Think Ink, Inc.
