SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping Policy

  1. Think Ink offers the option of shipping via UPS, or FedEx. Shipments can be shipped onour accouunt (you are billed for shippin) or your account..
  2. All orders are processed in 1-2 days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays..
  3. Once your order is fulfilled, an email with you tracking number will be sent. The tracking number will be active after 5pm the day you receive it..
  4. If there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified about the delay.
  5. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping Policy

    International customers are responsible for all customs/tariffs assocaited with their order. All fess imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilty of the customer.

Weather Policy

    During the colder months of the year, Think Ink will be enforcing our Cold Weather Policy.

    Our policy is to not ship on Fridays when the overnight temperatures over the weekend are below freezing. We also recommend shipping via Next Day Air to prevent the ink from freezing. If the ink freezes in transit, the warranty is voided, and no credit will be issued.

    UPS & FedEx do not guarantee expedited shipping in the case of inclement weather, and they do not issue refunds for shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

Return Process

  1. Please call our customer service department at 877-857-2459 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. If the product that needs to be returned is approved for a RA, a RA will be issued at that time.
  2. The product will need to packaged and shipped (at your expense) to the address provided by customer service, and the RA number must be referenced on the package or the package will be refused.
  3. When the product is received by Think Ink, Inc., it will be tested and evaluated for credit. All returned items must be packaged properly (preferably in original packaging) to guarantee testing, if items are received at Think Ink, Inc. are unfit for testing no credit will be issued and items will be discarded.

If you have purchased a Think Ink, Inc. product from one of our authorized resellers or affiliates, then you must contact them to process your return. We ONLY accept product purchased directly from Think Ink, Inc.
